I made an order on Sunday around 1:00 PM GMT , and the order was palced in process ,my credit card was charged and NOTHING WAS mentioned regarding sending my passport copy and governemental ID,6 hours later i recievd and email from admin@1and1.com telling me that I have to send them my passport copy as well as govenemental ID in order to place the order and till then the account will not be activated, BUT my credit was charged and even the website i registered for wasn't reserved.Since i wasn't informed before of these documents,and since i never send these documents to untrusted party, i refused to do that,i called them more than 40 minutes and they were trying to convince me that nothing was deducted from my account (ALTHOUGH i have my bank on the phone confirming that it has been deducted and Hasnt been refunded) so i cancelled the order and since then customer support can't help as i am no longer a customer!!!
