 I placed an order on 12/4/16 for 2 travel mugs. I received a text with tracking information on 12/14/16 which shows my package originating in China. It also shows it leaving customs on 12/17/16 and here it is Christmas day and still not delivered to me. I tried contacting the company by text and got no response. Tracking informaton is Track China Post ePacket Parcel with tracking number of LT591439433CN
