 I placed an order with 99 Santa on December 12 paid extra for 2 day shipping it is now December 28thand I have not received it. I have emailed them several times asking for a refund they responded by they dont do refunds all i could do is reject the shipment when it comes. I then received an email stating the parcel was sent and like all the other complaints you have to down liad the tracking. I don't have a phone number iam not sure where to go to get my money back.
