I ordered a heated lap blanket for the car that plugs in to lighter. This was on 12/12/16. Said orders will ship in 1-2 days after ordering.

When no tracking info was sent after 4 businessday I emailed them. Got some form letter back from "ELF 1 " saying they were bombarded with orders for this item!

5 days later a 2nd request brought info it would be additional 5 days to ship! Now on 12/29/16 & numerous more emails, I'm still getting no clear indication when my order will ship & from where!
