99 SANTA Is really 99 GRINCH Internet GRINCH has delayed stole my Christmas gifts Nationwide

Placed an order with 99 SANTA and was told my items would ship within 24 to 48 hours with a 5 to 7 business day delivery . Have had nothing but trouble trying to get answers from them as to where my order is . They reply with a we'll give you a 15 % discount on your next purchase ! I find that laughable. I surely will not use that as I will not do any more shopping through them at all. Those gifts were meant for my nephews and now they will see nothing from me by Christmas as they live on the west coast and I'm in Minnesota.
