 It literally took us over 20 hours on the phone to get any type of resolution to our issues but finally someone stepped up and helped us. We got our contract rewritten for the correct amount. This is the worst experience we have ever had. I will never deal with them again. There are tons of hidden costs and fees associated with financing thru this company andno one explains anything. They just expect you to sign and pay! Unnecessary time and energy wasted on this deal.

Did you pay off your purchase within 30 days?

If not, how long did you take to pay off the purchase?  Anytime you borrow money from a company to pay for something you are going to incur interest charges unless there is a special deal. We don't know what your terms and conditions are because you didn't post the finance agreement. Some of those finance agreements are zero interest for X months but if you don't pay by the cut off date then the entire amount of deferred interest is due and it is added to your account. Furniture companies and appliance type companies are notorius for this type of financing. 

Check your financing agreement. If they violated the terms of the agreement then you can contest the charge.
