Alltell ripoff Little Rock Arkansas

my first two bills from them were 43.00 including all taxes, surchanges etc. however after that it was 160.00 when i called to complain in Aug they said that they would send me a detailed bill but they have not done it. i was on the family freedom plan no long distance free roaming, 350 minutes and 3000 hr. displeased i got a second phone which cost 20.00 extra a month, so my bill should be 59.00 plus surcharges i can live with that but my bill came to $271.00 and that is unaceptable, I called them up and complained and again they said that they would send me the itemized billing for the two months in question. nothing i am going to get rid of my automatic billing so they cannot just go in and grab any moneys that they see fit.

I demand a refund of all the money except for the base amount as i do not go over my minutes or you prove that i talked all those minutes .
