Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Ally Bank has a business practice OF NOT sending a lien released title for a paid-off vehicle.
Ally Bank makes you wait, wait longer, beg, complain, complain again and again, keep calling to only talk to rude and untruthful telephone representatives who make false promises again and again.
They are in violation of too many laws to list. Stay as far away from Ally Bank as you possibly can. Do not finance through Ally Bank. If you do, you will regret it terribly.
