Where do I start.  I opened a claim June 3rd then I was recover my phone.  Because I no longer needed the claim when my phone arrived I did not open it.  I left the package sealed and affixed a shipping label to it.  Within a week I received an e mail stating they received my phone and allow 10 business 10 after my phone is scanned to get a refund.  I waited 2 weeks then called.  The CSR I spoke to told me if I didn't receive the money by June 12th to call back,  Well I did and I was told to wait a couple more days.  At this point I asked to speak with management.  I was told by management that he would expedite the claim to get me the refund.  This was July 18th.  I was told the phone had not been scanned in!!! REALLY THE PHONE HAS BEEN SITTING IN YOUR WAREHOUSE FOR 19 DAYS AND IT IS NOT SCANNED IN YET!!! REALLY!! So i gave it another week and a half.  We are now on July 27 still no refund.

So today I call and at first I am told they never received a package.  The funny thing is I have an email stating they do.  I have also had 4 different employees confirm the package is there.  I asked to speak to the manager.  She confirmed the package was received but it still has not been scanned. WHAT?? you have a package sitting there for 29 days and it has not been scanned.  Think about it.....if you have a full time employee who is working in the warehouse forty hours a week at 4 weeks.  That is 160 hours and at no time during the 160 hours was this employee able to pick up the package and scan it.  That is only figuring there is one person in the whole entire warehouse  Let's say there were 2 empoyees 320 and ther was no time to scan this package that has been sitting there for a month.  I am beyond irrate.   320 and ther was no time to scan this package that has been sitting there for a month.  I am beyond irrate.
