Ava's Flowers Funeral Spray was NOT Delivered.Mortuary confirmed Non-Receipt.Company hung up 4 times Internet Internet

 On Monday, Nov 25 I placed an order for a Floral Spray on an easel for a deceased co-worker. The order was to be delivered on Friday Nov 29 by 5pm for the Wake/Viewing. I did not see the flowers at the funeral on Saturday Nov 30, so I contacted the florist to notify them of this. The Rep told me she would contact the Forest Lawn Glendale mortuary to determine what happened to the arrangement. On Monday December 2, I called the florist again. On 4 occasions my call was transferred and then Dropped/disconnected. Each time I spoke to a Rep, they told me to "hold on one moment", and then I was Disconnected within 1 minute. I then contacted Mike with Forest Lawn Glendale to determine if they had a record of the Delivery. He told me that they keep all floral deliveries in a book which must be signed by the delivery person. Mike with Forest Lawn Glendale confirmed that my flowers were never delivered.  I have now filed a claim with my credit card company and plan to file a report with the Better Business Bureau as well. Ava's Flowers is an internet scam company and should be avoided at all costs!
