Bestbuy.com ripoff bait and switch mistake price cancelled cheated Colorado Springs Colorado

i have been shopping for a pda for a week now. i called best buy store here locally in colorado springs.
i was told that i could purchase the tungsten t3 for $299.00 online.

i had been online earlier that day and say that it was $399.00 i wanted to make sure about this so i drove to the store. the salesman was right and we ordered the pda for $299.00 right at his kiosk.

i got a receipt and a confirmation email from best buy by the time i made it home. this morning i got a cancellation email from best buy. upon calling i found out they had a phone number that didn't match up to my billing information on my credit card.

their site asked for 2 numbers not the ones on my statement, so i gave them the one that is on the statement and my home number. the home number is the one that didn't show on their verification all that was cleared up nice and easy, but now she could reorder the pda for a $100.00 more.

there is no one to discuss this with, they will just send it to a dept that will email in 2-3 business days. i paid for overnight shipping as i needed it asap.
they told me i could write best buy or pay the 399. now i don't have my pda this week as i needed it and i can't even complain or work this out with anyone there without waiting for their email response.

sounds like they made a mistake on their end on their website and now want to charge me for it
i have the order number and receipt with the 299 price on it

i know if something is mismarked in a store, they will honor their mistake, doesn't seem to be the same if you order online.
