Purchased a gift card at a local store for our daughter. She used a portion of the card and did not use for a while. They turned off the card due to inactivity. We called and they agreed to send a repalcement card. The card arrived and when we tried to activate it, the system would not register or activate the card. When we call they tell us we can only activate online and when we request to speak with a supervisor we are put on hold and no one ever picks up the line. This company seems to be running a huge scam.
