Blackhawk Network Blackhawk is not sending my refund Pleasanton California

I purchased a Paypower reload card $280.00. When I went home to reload the card it wouldn't put money on the card. I was on the phone with  paypower representatives and I was getting no help from them. A COUPLE OF DAYS LATER I get a call from Blackhawk asking to confirm my address to send my refund cheque. After two weeks still waiting . I should have received it by now. I KNOW THEY ARE PLAYING GAMES AND I AM GETTING FED UP. I have no other alternative than to take this to my lawyer. DO NOT PURCHASE THESE PAYPOWER CARDS. THEY ARE A RIP OFF. I am a single mom and I put my grocery money on that card for my child. I will make it well known to people to not buy these faulty cards and from a company you can't trust.
