After scheduling a Internet broadband installation with Comcast, I have received an email stating the subject of "Your XFINITY Order - Don't Forget these Next Steps - Order #XXXXXXXXX". I have clicked on the link to order the required "Motorola Wireless Modem", entered my credit card information and received a "Wireless Modem Order Confirmation Number" in my e-mail box. Now I go to get the two rebate forms ("$69.95 Product Mail-In Rebate" at http://admin.broadbandoffers.com/rebates/6399217/383 and "$30.00 Broadbandoffers.com Mail-In Rebate" at http://admin.broadbandoffers.com/rebates/6399217/382) and the pages do not exist.

In order to get help, you have to go to http://support.broadbandoffers.com in order to post a complaint. However, posting a complaint requires you to be registered with the website. There isn't anyway to register on the website.
