Thank you for contacting broadbandoffers.com

Our records indicate that two checks, both in the amount of $50, one each for cable and internet service orders, were issued and mailed to you on 6/04. The guidelines of this offer do not allow us to reissue a check that is more than 60 days past its print date. Unfortunately, the age of your check have exceeded that amount of time.

Sincerely,
Doris

Dear Doris of Cust. Ser., Unfortunately, this date issue of yours is unacceptable. Your company asked me to wait on my Properly applied for rebates & I did. You will need to change your policies in order to honor
in good faith, your rebate offer to us. According to our mailman, no mail has come to us from you & been returned. The Neighbors at (((Redacted))) get mail from you. It is my belief that either you sent my rebates to a
wrong address, deliberately or accidently, or you just made up the whole story, & the Rebates Offers are Frauds, as claimed by bloggers on Consumer
Complaint sites. You may no attempt to check my address, remail it or contact me by Telephone, email, etc, which were all aailable options for your firm!! Therefore, I must conclude that this losing of the $100 rebates checks & the 60 day check policy, as well as your insistence that we do not contact you, but wait for you to contact us, (which you do not plan to do), are all DELIBERATE ACTIONS OF FRAUD BY YOUR FIRM, ->
BROADBANDOFFERS.COM & that you did not actually intend to pay us the rebates. If you did intend to pay them, You would make a good faith effort to contact us or mail them. June 6th is 66 days ago, let you deliberately
waited until today, to tell me this. DISHONEST. Please send me the contact info for your immediate manager's boss, so I can proceed with my complaint.

Tou owe me $100. I intend to contact local Telestations in WI & in your home city, so that they can expose your firm for what you are. I will also contact Time Warner, different consumer complaint sites, Depts of Consumer
Protection in both states, & the police, because you criminally defrauded me by not honoring your offer, resulting in a LOSS OF $100 to me, as well as the time I lose now, in my effort to recoer my money. It may turn out, that an employee, intercepted the checks & cashed them, which is more

Unacceptable. I reject your last response to me & await my $100. Thank You, Whitman H On Mon, Aug 11, 2008 at 12:08

Pam, I know you want to send my rebates to someone else's address, but that
is'not fare to them nor us. I lie at(((Redacted))) not the address you sent the checks to last time. According to your prior communications & the Post Office, you sent them to (((Redacted))) which is an incorrect address. I reside at the same address at which I , enjoy
Time Warner cable & internet at, & get all my mail at. My address again, is (((Redacted))) If you send it anywhere else to another address, as you did it before, then I will likely not get it again. I fail to
understand why you all keep sending it or want to send it to someone else. Send it certified if you need to, but do not send it to the wrong address, as you did last time. Please, No more stalling excuses. I would like my
rebates next week. Thank you, Whitman H
