Broadbandoffers.com rebate ripoff denied claims missing form no chance for resubmission Internet

Broadbandoffers.com denied a rebate, saying I had not included a copy of a shipping invoice. I know I did include it, because I am meticulous about rebates, including making a checklist of items before placing them into the envelope (and keep copies of everything). Unlike most reputable rebate acceptance companies, there was no opportunity for resubmission, which basically means it's their word against ours. Rebates without opportunity to correct "submission errors" are too stacked against the consumer.
