BUYDIG.COM ARE LIARS AND THEY WILL SELL YOU AN ITEM THAT THEY WON'T HONOR A REFUND

I bought  a Nikon Coolpix camera on Ebay through buydig.com which I thought was a good deal. I bought the camera for $106.95 which I thought was really great. Then I got the camera and only opened it to see if it was working. It seemed okay and I put it away until I needed to use it again. Then weeks later I opened it out of the original box it came in and it was broken. The door hatch where the batteries go into the camera was broken. I contacted Ebay to complain and see if I could return item back for a full refund. Company said that I passed my time limit for refunds. But the rep. on the phone said I had a one year warranty on the camera and that if I returned it to the manufacturer then I would get it fixed under waranty, she said if they wouldn't honor the warranty then they would refund me my money back.

So I sent the camera back to the manufacturer at my own expense. Then I get a letter back from the manufacturer stating that it must of been user error and that my camera was shipped otu fine. Nikon wanted to charge me $74.15 to fix the camera. I then contacted buydig.com back and they said I would have to email my story to simcha@buydig.com to let him know that Nikon wasn't honoring the waranty. Simcha called me shortly therafter informing me that it must of been damaged due to our fault. I explained to him that there is no way we could have damaged it since we never used it but a few times. He said his daughter has the same problem and wouldn't do anything other then tell me to tape it up and use a broken camera.

Buydig.com lied to me  about the refund and I am left with a broken camera that I had to ship to the manufacturer at my own expense without any reapirs done on it. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE LIARS, THEY WILL SELL YOU BROKEN THINGS AND NOT HONOR REFUNDS.

Company acted in good faith and gave me a refund. I was upset and buydig.com finally agreed and we settled this matter on our own. I highly recommend this company and appreciate their efforts in resolving this matter. Thank you Buydig.com
