BuyDig.com Shipping Promises Unkept, Internet

I ordered a digital camera from these folks. My order was confirmed on April 3 (Saturday) and I requested and paid for the 3-5 business day shipping at that time. The camera was shown in stock and up until yesterday (April 9) the FEDEX tracking code said that I should have my camera sometime that day (Friday April 9). It never showed. When I pay for expedited shipping I expect it! I didn't expect next day shipping but I did, at the very least, expect it in the following business week. I should have gone with Amazon. I ordered some accessories for the camera from them at the same time I ordered the camera from BuyDig.Com and as usual they arrived two days after my order was placed (Wednesday of last week) and that was with their FREE supersaver shipping. Again I am sorely disappointed with the lack of speed in filling this order. All told, IF my camera arrives on Monday, (which is a BIG question mark in my mind at this point), it would have taken a total of NINE days to get to me. Why it took a total of THREE BUSINESS days to ship the camera from BuyDig's facility after I placed my order I have no idea but that was pretty much unacceptable in my mind (if it had been out of stock then I would have understood the delay but the item showed in stock at BuyDig.com's facility). If you want something and you want it fairly fast order it through (((competitor's name redacted))). Leave the posers like BuyDig.com for people who don't mind waiting in line for their order to come.
