Buydig.com Beach Camera Ripofff!!!! Internet

I bought a very expensive computer from this company (over 1600.00) and it did not work correctly. It kept going to blue screen and was very slow. Did not work as advertized. Returned it within the first 2 weeks. When the company got it back they called to say that everything had not been retrurned correctly. When we reviewed the contents, they found that everything was there. They said that I would get my refund within 7-10 days minus a 20% restocking fee! That was back in March.

It is now May 5, 2010 and I have not gotten my refund yet although I have sent over 30 emails and called at least that many times to try and get this resolved. I am always told that the refund has just been processed and I will see it in my account within 2 days!! Never happens!!! I can not get the number of a supervisor or manager or even the owner. Everyone is always "out to lunch". Very bad customer service. At this point I think that the "restocking fee" should be added back to my refund for all of the time that I have had to wait to get my money back!!!!! I hope that this information can be given to the Owner of the company because I hope that they would be as upset about this as I am and that some change can come because of it.
