BuyDig.com BuyDig.com Canceled my order, then called me, abuse me, ill-treated and then handup the phone Edison New Jersey

I ordered Canon S5 camera about 2 weeks back from buydig.com, they called me for verify my details and finally shipping with thankyou to me. (Order #WC6573793)

After 2 week I ordered another camera Sony W80 (order number: WC6606821) from the same CC, from same billing address to same Shipping address. This time I again got call from verification department and as soon as I picked up my phone she started shouting, she start abusing, blamed me that I am a fraud because I am ordering 2nd camera in 2 weeks time. She is not listening me up and insulting constantly with her killing words.

The only reason she is giving me is for this ill-treatment that, I have my CC account with Bank of America at Tampa-Florida branch and my shipping address is my brother's address of Irving-TX and my phone number belongs to New Jersey. My CC is registered on have this information only.

The first one minute I am not able to understand what she is talking about, and what the problem is. When I asked her to call my bank and verify my detail, she not listen and told me I am a fraud and she don't wanna any customer like me who are illegally making transactions over internet. She also starts giving me "warning" and threatens me.

When I told her, that you already shipped a camera with the same details, she told that she don't know who approved that order and I guess from there words that she thought I have some kind of setting inside there department. I wanna challenge her to put any kind of FBI enquiry on me, can verify my information from my bank but she is not listening to me and then when I start shouting that "Don't talk me like that, I am your Customer...." and she suddenly handup the phone.

They really have no sense to talk to customers and especially on phone. The biggest problem is they are not doing Merchant address verification facility of bank of America, instead they are calling customer and fire there wild guesses on there attitude, there credit history and worthiness.

I am open to give any kind of information if anybody from you wants. I doubt there call monitoring system have my conversation recorded, but if they have, I request higher management of BuyDig.com to listen the conversation and let me know, what my fault was..... During the order or over the phone. I am open to any kind of verification of my order and worthiness on which there representative pointed 10 times during call.
