I purchased a video camera off of BuyDig.com and upon arrival the box appeared to have been ripped open and tampered with. I kept the camera, but as compensation for the camera being open upon arrival to me, they offered to give me half-off deals on a warranty and a Vanguard tripod. I ordered both. They arrive within a few days but the tripod was broken. The most important piece was broken because the box was not packaged well enough. I called BuyDig.com back several times (each one taking up 30 minutes) trying to solve the matter but the best they could do for me was give Vanguard's phone number.

Fact of the matter is, BuyDig did not accept a return for the busted tripod which was their own packaging problem.
