Centurylink quoted a price lock guarantee (hint: verbal contract "beware") to me which they did not fulfill. Continually increasing their price until it is now costing me more than $600 extra per year. The escalation manager finally said that he could not give me any discounts due to "company policy". Beware, they are bait and switch liars.
