***THE EXECUTIVES AT CHASE ARE PROFITING ON THE DEATHS OF THEIR EMPLOYEES......

according to an article, which can be 'Googled', entitled- BANK EXECUTIVES PROFITING ON THE DEATH OF EMPLOYEES.

Chase has $11 BILLION in these 'secret life insurance policies' according to the article, right?

Anyone can 'Google' that article and read it, and anyone can 'Google' this- BANK OF AMERICA COMPLAINTS SECRET LIFE INSURANCE POLICIES, and read where many of the publicly held banks who received 'TARP' money (TAXPAYER'S money) were also taking out these same policies on their employees, correct?

That's why it's called a "late fee"

You must be very conscientous about paying your bills if this comes as a surprise to you.   You may think this is a Chase thing, but I know of no credit card that will NOT charge a similar fee if you are 2 days late.   That is a very important source of income for credit card issuers and they're all pretty much the same in that respect.
