I signed up for Cinergy Health insurance due to their salesman's pitch. Cinergy is not really an insurance company whatsoever. This turned out to be a discount plan and they don't cover nearly anything. The salesman actually told me that my physician was in their network, as well as my pharmacist, but when I showed them my card they each told me they'd never heard of this company. When they attempted to run my card for discounts it all came back 'negative'. Now they refuse to refund my money altogether. DO NOT GIVE THESE RIPOFFS YOUR MONEY. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE LIARS AND THIEVES AND PREY ON PEOPLE WHO NEED REAL HEALTH INSURANCE. You'd be better off just stashing your money under your mattress until a medical situation arises. At least you'd still have your money...
