Citysearch Malice, Assisting Malicious Reviews, Refusing to respond to calls and emails West Hollywood California

If you are thinking about signing up with Citysearch, think again. There are many posts on the internet from people with similar complaints. Their customer service is the most horrific I've ever encoutered. There is one and only one number and the company refuses to divulge who their supervisors/managers are so when you ask, you're completely stonewalled by the customer service phone reps who inform you that they are not able to provide ANY information. Imagine buying a car that turns out to be a lemon and being told by the salesperson that you are not "allowed" to speak with a manager. Than imagine calling their headquarters and being stonewalled by the receptionist who refuses to tell you who the president is.

I too have experienced click fraud with Citysearch which is why I no longer do business with them. My biggest problem, however, is the fact that my business received a very negative review which turns out was maliciously posted by an associate of a competitor. I have been prevented from posting a reply by Citysearch and they refuse to do anything to remove it.

They ignore my emails, their cust. service reps either hang up on me or tell me they will forward the details of my situation to the "proper people" and I inevitably never hear back from anyone.

I would absolutely NOT do business with this company. They are currently being sued, just do a google search to find out the details. Unfortunately, I have to sue them now which I am in the process of doing, in order to have the malicious review removed. The damages I have incurred so far are enormous due to loss of revenue because of this bogus review. It's sickening that they refuse to do anything and would rather deal with costly and time consuming litigation. I would like to hear from anyone who has experienced similar issues with Citysearch.
