my mom wanted to purchase us new living room set... we went online to colemans and picked out the northshore brown set from Ashley furniture... with all leather and wood accent trim... we placed the order 2 weeks before xmas, they told me at that time that one piece would not be avail. til after the first of jan.  I was ok with that... then when they finally shipped it .. it sat for 2 weeks being inspected at the warehouse???

well the day they delivered it... I inspected the first piece and it was a cheap knock off!!

durablend and composite trim... I refused delivery and called colemans, explained they said they would look into it and get back to me. well 2 weeks later they finally called me to say it was the furniture that I ordered and they would be redelivering it... I told them per thier own ad online it states all Leather and Wood accent trim... (they told me it doesn't state real wood trim)... ( I said really are you kidding me) I told them I will not accept that it is not what I ordered. they told me they were going to bill my card 800.00 for restocking fee... ( now during all this my mom had a heartattack and died we buried her Jan. 24th 2015 they didnt even care... ) and now the last gift she gave me I don't even have.... so my dad called his CC co. and had them charge it back and blocked it.

so sorry Colemans. You are a ripoff co.
