Ordered bedroom set Dec 2017 received in February 2018 took almost 3 months to receive, the nightstand was damaged, the damaged could not been noticed or seen until after delivery, ( In fact, they repair this new nightstand before it was delivered then sent it to me, knowing the damage would not be found until after delivery) damaged to underneath of the drawer that makes the nightstand NOT usable, they have poor customer service, whom services the warranty to help the customer needs, they simply do not care, they lie to the customer,, I have emails to prove it, even with the credit card dispute they lied, you don't get to review with your credit card company what Coleman furniture responded to your dispute, then with the credit card company only having 60 days to revert the charge u mostly will never win.

Now, after 8 months of disputes, I am still stuck with a damaged nightstand I cannot use, that I need to return for a refund and cannot get them to send a shipping label or the warranty repair they use without providing them with a $100.00 shipping cost, when they advertise free shipping, and full customer satisfaction guarantee. They take so long to send you the furniture, so with credit card disputes you only have 60 days for your credit card to be able to electronically get your payments back, they are smarter than the customer because they do this all the time getting away with sending out damage furniture, then having such a huge nasty attitude from their customer service staff . I have never dealt with an extremely poor customer service based business like this before in my life. It's sad that this furniture business have no concern for quality an how can they even advertise full customer satisfaction guaranteed.

Reason of review: damaged, defectice, warranty issue, Bad quality, Poor customer service,. Monetary Loss: $239. Preferred solution: Full refund. I didn't like: Damaged product, Warranty issue, Poor customer service, Refund, False advertisement full customer satisfaction guaranteed.
