consumer Would not refund my money, when said it would be refunded because could not use there services Internet

 Cons call home, is a major ripoff. I set up a plan with them and there numbers would not work for me so I called and told them i could not get connected with the numbers they gave me so they tried to do what they could to fix the problem but nothing worked. now mind you this was all the same day, so they said they would refund me back my money with then 7days, well 9months later I still have not received my refund. I have been calling 2 to 3 times a week talking to the supervisor or so called supervisor Jason ext 516, day or night he is the only supervisor at work. I know to some this may be a small amount of money but to me and my brother it's a lot I could of used this money to travel and visit him.
