Cox charged a $50 "return check fee" for a CREDIT CARD payment that failed.

I am sure they did. So you are blaming Cox for your personal issues huh. Quit blaming Cox for everything that goes wrong in your life. You should be embarrassed having ther nerve.

And Cox does not have a published policy regarding charging a fee for a declined credit card payment. It only has a published policy for return check fee. My credit card was declined because it was registered for auto payment and it expired.
