I too fell into the Crunchless Abs trap. They have only been in business since Feb 2008, yet have racked up an impressive number of complaints at the BBB: http://www.labbb.org/BBBWeb/Forms/Business/CompanyReportExtensionPage.aspx?CompanyID=100063388&sm=
I think their D rating there is generous.
Since it is the weekend, I faxed my cancelation notice to them, mailed to both of their addresses and sent them an email. I'll call on Monday. I contacted my credit card company. They said they from this point on, I can dispute any charge crunchless abs tries to put on my account, but I can't stop them from sending it in.

I called crunchless abs this morning and spoke with Harris. Although he tried to tell me I could have a longer period of time before I had to return the dvds that I didn't order, I told him I just wanted to cancel my subscriptuon - after all - it was me that missed the fine print - so I didn't ask for a refund. He assured me that I was cancelled so I hung up.
About an hour later, Linda Perry left me a message saying that they were going to refund all of my money and I could keep the dvds/bands. It turns out, she got the contact form I emailed in and was responding to that.
I guess she must have gotten the fax too. She'll be getting my two letters (one to PO Box and one to street address - both attn: Linda Perry) in a few days as well.
I'll keep an eye on my credit card, but I am hoping for the best.
