Crunchless Abs Unapproved transactions; Unapproved addition of subscription; Failure to cancel subscription on request; Repeated fraudulent unapproved transactions on credit card. Van Nuys California

Started to order crunchless abs on web site, but cancelled the order before submitting the request. This order was processed and I was charged for the order. The order was never submitted so the charge was fraudulent.

Placed an actual order for crunchless abs on the same day. That was ok.

Two sets of product arrived. The duplicate was for the unapproved order. The company said I would have to pay shipping to return the product. This was a false charge given I never ordered one of the shipments.

The invoices arrived with a subscription plan fee. This was not approved when the original order was placed. When I called to refute the subscription I was told the latest product was already shipped. A return postage fee would be needed. Again, a false charge because I never signed up for the subscription.

I called and cancelled the subscriptions (both fraudulently added by the Company). Then, two weeks later, charges appeared on my credit card for both the fraudulently added subscriptions.

THIS COMPANY IS CREATING FALSE TRANSACTIONS AND MAKING UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES TO CREDIT CARDS. THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.
