Crunchless Abs TOTAL SCAM.. I too fell for the scam. Van Nuys California

I recently Orderd Some workout Videos From the company Crunchless abs. I orderd Crunchless abs 1,2 and 3 all on one dvd and Crunchless abs Total Body Sculpting and that was a total of 43.87

12.98 For the 3 in one Plus 6.91 S&H

and 19.99 Plus 3.99 For S&H For the total body Sculpting

The founder is Linda LaRue.

When you order and Call there hotline what they dont tell you is that they Auto Enroll you into a program where they Charge you 46.97 every other month. So if you Pay for it with Credit or a bank account. They then go ahead and ship you things you never asked for and charge you Money for them. And if you wish to return them they will give you SOME money back. Or they will say they never got it.

I disputed it with my Credit card and stated that i inturn did not Request to be enrolled into anything at all and that i didnt know they AUTO enrolled you into a program that charges you this amount EVERY MONTH. i have done some research and found out that alot of people have had this problem and that when you order from them there is no way to not get enrolled. So basicly if you order from them you WILL be enrolled weather you want to be or not.

I Wrote them Twice for both the times that they have charged me. and they have only sent me things One time. and you get a Automated responce. its the same responce everytime. Stating

and when you reply you simply get that reply again.
So BUYER beware that they will keep charging you and you may have to close the account to get them to stop.

In total i was charged these dates and recived these items

April 22nd 2008 43.87 And i recived Crunchless abs 1-4 and Crunchless abs Total body Sculpting. ( I BOUGHT THESE. THOES ITEMS WERE THE ONCES THAT I WANTED AND SIGNED TO GET)

May 27th 2008 I was charged 26.98 and recived 1 Resistance Band Crunchless abs 4 Crunchless abs Cardio Core Sculpting and Crunchless abs Total Body Sculpting (did not want but was enrolled by them to recive)

The last charge was JUNE 26th 2008 for the total of 19.99
and recived nothing as of now.

Grand total $90.84

and should have only been charged the first charge of 43.87
