Crunchless Abs - Scam Stole money from my account without my concent - I read the fine print!! Van Nuys California

I first purchased this product 5-19 for $19.89. I carefully read through everything to make sure I was not being signed up for a mounthy charge. A month later on 6-19 I discovered a charge to my checking. I called the 800 number and the person i spoke with informed me that I had signed up for a monthly shipment... I told him I had not. He told me I could return the product and get a refund. He also gave me a ref number to right on the box.

I have since then returned the product and thankfully traked it. It arrived back to them 7-10. I have since called 3 times and have gotten different responses every time. Each and every new person said they had not recived the package... when I told them I had a tracking number and could see they had it, they changed there tune and told me it would take up to 7 to 10 buisness days and I would recived my refund.

The last women I spoke with again said it wasn't there. I told her it was. She said they must be having a communication problem with there warehouse and it would take up to 4 weeks to get my refund. I informed her of previous conversations and she then said that my refund would be excalated and they would have and answer within 24 to 48 hours of where the package was... from there I could expect 7 to 10 days.

It has already been six days since I returned the unwanted product. I'm also worried that in three more days they will charge my account the $19.99 that is supposedly the second half to the order they send out.
