Dan Heskett fraud dishonest taken advantage deciet Ripoff Carrollton Texas

We have just had a baby and were looking to down-size our lives. We put our Plano condo up for sale to investors on-line, and were contacted by Dan Heskett. He scheduled a time to come by and look at the place, and we met that Saturday. Dan seemed so nice and knowledgeable, and swore that he would look out for our best interests. LIES!!!

He told us that people would be coming by to look at our place, and that we should let them in, show them around, and see what they thought. He also promised us $1000.00 to move out of our home, which he has conveniently forgotten about.

Several people stopped by, and the next thing we know, Dan is calling telling us that he has some buyers ready to move in, and that we should be out of our home by June 1, 2007. He would set up a closing a few days later, and get us our money.

Since then, Dan has not ONCE answered his phone. He gave us so little time to get out of our home that I could not stop the auto-draft for our mortgage payment on our home, and the new "buyers" had to pay us in cash.
We still have not closed on our home, and know not what the plan is to get the money owed us.

These new buyers think that they own my home...Dan told them that he was the owner.

We have called and called and called, and Dan has never answered his phone. He does answer email (sometimes) and has yet to tell us what is going on.

Our last contact with him was by email, where he says that the contract we signed has been assigned to the new buyers, and that they are responsible for meeting the terms of the contract that they have never seen and I have no way of knowing if they can meet.

DO NOT under any circumstances, do ANY business with this man. I know that he has taken money from our "buyers", and they have not heard from him either.

I was trying to make the best of a not great situation, and DAN HESKETT HAS ONLY MADE IT WORSE. DO NOT CALL. DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. DO NOT LET HIM INTO YOUR LIFE. DO NOT VISIT HIS WEBSITE. YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!
