Dan Heskett Dan Heskett Residential lease he never bought but rented to us. The Colony Texas

In April of 2004, in The Colony, Texas, we rented a home from Dan Heskett. The owners were losing their home due to job loss and he was "saving" their credit by buying their home and "saving" us because we had no prior rental history. We moved into the home a week later, and after spending almost $4000, we got a letter to vacate the property from the bank the following Monday. I called the bank and they said there was no purchase offer on the home. 

Not only did he lie and scam, he came in and took appliances and furniture and tvs after we moved in. Stay away from this person and anyone he maybe associated with. Imagine my surprise just now finding his name on ripoff.com.
