Like everything else I have read on this man, he is still ripping people off.
He contacted me when I listed my house on craigs list for sale.
Promised to make my mortage payments until he go someone in my house. Someones in my house, but no one is paying my mortage. I have a lawyer suing him but he is playing hardball.
I am taking the law suit as far as my money will take me to get my house back and people out of it.
Is there anyone out there who can come forward to me to give a statement to my lawyer of what he has done to you to get this man to do to do the right thing, I don't know if he is capable of doing the right thing, he needs to be in jail.
I am going to the Carrollton police to see if they know of him.

In ref to my dealings with Dan Heskett/Minas real estate management.
We have settled our differenes in a professional amicable manner that is consistant with good customer service on the part of Dan Hesketts/Minas real estate management.
We were able to talk out our problems in a to both our mutual satisfaction.
