DECOR MY EYES SCAMMERS, FAKE SUNGLASSES AND THREATENS CUSTOMERS Brooklyn New York

Purchased a pair of sunglasses from this person, Stanley Bolds. Not only did he send me the wrong pair but they were fakes! I took them to my local eyewear boutique only to find out that the sunglasses were high quality replicas. I immediately called to return the sunglasses but my calls went unanswered. I sent numerous emails asking him to refund my money and most of those went unanswered as well.

I sent the sunglasses back, insured and with tracking since I lost all faith at this point. I received an email from Stanley Bolds telling me that he would refund my money immediately. After several days, I did receive a partial refund to my paypal account. I paid $449 for the fake sunglasses and this man refunded $300, $149 less than I paid. I emailed him telling him this must be mistake and he told me no, there is a 20% restocking fee. I told him this is unacceptable since 20% of $449 is $89.80 and that I should have to pay a re-stocking fee at all since he sent the wrong sunglasses and they were FAKES!

After refusing to return the $149 or even the $59.20 if he actually was planning on taking a 20% re-stocking fee, I told him I would be contacting an attorney and my credit card company to file a claim for full reimbursement. Moments later, I received a threatening email with a photo of this man holding a gun in his hand! I have no idea why he would send something like this to me. But I do plan to forward his email to the DA in NY as well as the local authorities.

Do not buy anything from this man. He is dangerous and clearly unstable.
