Dell Computers ripoff! ILLEGAL METHODS WITH THEIR COLLECTIONS OF UNDUE FUNDS. Austin Texas

OK, OK......LAST STATEMENT I RECEIVED SAID I STILL OWED HALF THE BALANCE DELL WAS SUPPOSED TO DELETE....I WAS STILL GETTING CALLS FROM THE GESTAPO COLLECTION AGENCY THREE AND FOUR TIMES A DAY.....IN THE MEAN TIME, I MANAGED TO GET DELL'S MANAGER OF COMPLAINTS TELEPHONE NUMBER....SO EVERYTIME THE COLLECTION GESTAPOS CALLED ME, I CALLED HIM....ONLY TOOK SIX TIMES AND THE COLLECTION CALLS HAVE CEASED.....I AM STILL WAITING FOR A FINAL BILL SHOWING I OWE ZERO TO DELL, BUT AT LEAST I GOT THE PAKI'S AND INDIAN'S OFF MY BUTT....

well...lotsa luck....i received my latest bill from dell and they deducted half of the incorrect balance....this after i received a letter from dell stating they would adjust my balance due to zero...so the game continues....i am still getting three to four calls a day from the collection getapos who speak with very thick indian and pakistani accents....so, now i am calling the dell rep who sent me the letter, three to four times a day....

my god bless dell because their reputation has gone to hell...

i filed a complaint with the better business bureau....two weeks later i received a letter from dell apologizing for the error...my account will be credited for the interest fees and late charges...this was dated march 11, 2005....i am still getting five calls a day from the collection gestapos....am waiting to see what happens....

apparently the bbb does contact companies about complaints.
