I ordered from DinoDirect on the 2nd of Dec. My money was taking out on the 3rd. Today is Dec 21. I keep getting a run around with this company and even reported them to the BBB. They are from China and they have a outpost in Sinapore.... They should not have the BBB sighn or Trustlink on thier sight!!!!! They are not from the USA but the BBB has them listed in California.The Goverment should know they are being Defrauded for Tax purposes!!!!
DinoDirect stated to the BBB there is a tracking number for my product! This is a lie the Tracking number is invalid and I have been trying it for almost a week.And I still have my case with the BBB.. This is such a Scam! Some people are lucky to get thier product but so many have been Scamed! you can read all reviews on Different sights and it is the same! Even thier page on Facebook it is nothing but Complaints and no money returned or No product! I dont care about thier rebuttal I just want everyone to know how this. and to BEWARE of this company!
