Direct Buy Auto Warranty Declined repairs on my vehicle for the reason of wear and tear. Iselin New Jersey

Bought a Platinum Elite warranty on Oct. 25, 2013 for my Buick Enclave CX 2009.

It was for 5 yrs and 60,000 miles. Took the vehicle to the Buick service on Jan 20, 2014 to check 

on the noice in the steering wheel when turning. They found out that an internal

leak in the steering gear which cost almost $1,300.00. Direct Buy Auto Warrant

sent an inspector and denied the claim for the reason of tear and wear. Buick advisor told

me he can't despute the inspector but it's not true. This company just didn'nt want to pay

$1300.00 for the repair and that's the real reason and not wear and tear.
