Direct to Home Appliances - Sameer Pimpakkhute - Jeff Myers - Angela Brekker and Greg?? I ordered a hot tub on May 7, 2010 and was promised it would be shipped in 10 to 16 weeks, this is 8 months later and we still have not gotten our hot tub Internet

I placed an order for a hot tub from SameerPimpalkhute at Direct to Home Appliances on May 7, 2010 in the amount of $4,446.00 paid in full by check on May 8, 2010 by UPS and was promised it would be shipped in 10 to 16 weeks. Then I got an e-mail stating it was delayed until September 19, 2010. Shortly before that another e-mail that it would be shipped October 20, 2010. I had e-mailed and called telling them that was not acceptable and was promised free filters and free extended warranty. So we waited then the next e-mail said November 18, 2010. Then a big story about there factory had only been making them for a couple of years and now there were up and running so it would be shipped December 19, 2010. I have called and e-mailed everyone I can telling them I want my money back with no answer.

This company should be shut down and all customers money should be returned. I did finally get a Greg to talk to me and he said Monday it will be shipped on March 1st and I said that was not acceptable I wanted my money back and he said he would talk to someone yesterday because he was not in and call me back. I am still waiting as usually.

They have a rating with the BBB of an F. This has been the most unbelievable thing I have ever been through. We can't just go out and buy another one as we don't have this kind of money to just throw away. I could go on an on but the bottom line is THIS COMPANY IS JUST A PLAIN RIPE OFF AND THE EMPLOYEES THIEVES AND LIARS!!!!
