dissatisfied customer leaking freeze plug on passenger side of motor/ordered rebuilt motor from 123 engine.com/Eli Honolulu, Hawaii

dissatisfied customer , I recently ordered a motor from a company called 123 engine .com when the motor arrived I noticed the oil pan was missing from the motor I called the company back about the issue and Eli was very helpful and refunded me the difference of what the oil pan would cost. The only problem I have now is when I installed the motor I found a freeze plug leaking on the passenger side of the motor I then contacted the company again and discribed the problem that I was having and was told by the mechanic Sam to run the motor for an hour and the leak would stop. I am not a certified mechanic but have worked on cars for a long time and never have I heard that before especially when the leak was streaming out of the motor & not just weeping. I have spoke to Eli at 123 engine.com about the problem he then told me to tow the car to my mechanic to get a estimate for the repairs but said he was only willing to pay only $200.00 I personally feel that's unfair because 123 engine.com sent the motor in that condition I feel that they should be responsible for all the charges including towing from the repair shop and back to my place of residence. can someone please help me on behalf on this matter.
