I've read all the reports, and they're mostly from you.

I've made more money with EASI in the past two years than in ten years working for someone else. The products work, the company is totally supportive of me, and I have no problem finding customers wanting to lower their electric bills.

No business will work for you if you don't work the business. Sounds like you expect someone to do it all for you. Grow up!

Precious Metal Refining Services Inc. The representative picked a platinum nugget from my collection via some pictures I sent to determine feasibility for fire assay and inside the two week wait we were not contacted at all only to be told the metal was assayed twice and that it contained no precious metal. He then called it a blob so I told him to send it back. They got a BBB review from a lady for selling her information, pulling a mail scam and other things in their reviews and they pulled the same scam on us by selling our information and us getting a bio-hazard fed-ex package left on our doorstep. Beware and they need investigated on many levels for elders information as well as my information and mail fraud. They've apparently stolen metal before too which is funny cause the last refinery I went to did the same thing, broke a piece off and lied. Barrington Illionois

First American Home Buyers Protection Corporation First American Home Warranty First American Home Warranty Corp First American Home Warranty Company First American Home Warranty Corp has been accepting payments from me for 11 years, but has not provided the needed service even once. The company will take so long to provide a service that customers are forced to pay to repair the necessary item, (like a refrigerator), themselves. After weeks of waiting, we bought a new refrigerator ourselves…and stove…and dishwasher. Now our HVAC unit is out and they won’t even file a claim unless we pay $75 before we even know when the technician will come to assess the unit. It could be MONTHS, and we live in the subtropics of the Deep South. I told the, supervisor,” I would pay when a service technician actually arrives, but I will not pay before I am even told who or when it will be. They force customers to pay a copay just to file a claim. I’ve paid them over $7000 in the last eleven years, and we’ve paid the $75 copay several times before for other covered items that failed to work properly, and we never had anything repaired or replaced by this Home Warranty company. This is extremely unethical business practice. Lawsuits have been filed against them - they can be found easily by searching the internet . The, supervisor,” refused to let me speak to her superior, and refused to tell me who else I needed to call in order to make this right. She repeated herself over and over again, with the same sentence. I have never heard of this customer service approach, and find it to be unethical in the least. This company never intends to repair or replace anything they say they cover when they accept your money for the coverage. Santa Rosa CA
