First Convenience Bank is by far the worst Bank I have ever used. Their method of posting transactions out of order causes excessive overdraft fees. I have tried to resolve with the head office, and in their location.
They say unfortunatley there is nothing the can do...not a supervisor, Manager, or Banker that will resolve my Issue, They have an answer for everything, but it doesnt add up.
somehow a positve balance turns negative, All Of A Sudden, before you know it -25 becomes -200 in the blink of an eye. I wouldnt refer this bank to Anyone.
There should be a class action against them, for as many other complaints I have read about people with the same problem. Thank you for reading, Dont bank with them. If you have the same problem, they are a Nationally Chartered Institution, Regulated by the Comptroller of Currency, to file a complaint,

Don't spend unavailable funds

“All Of A Sudden, before you know it -25 becomes -200 in the blink of an eye.”
Not in the blink of an eye. It’s more like the flick of the wrist when you busted out that debit card and/or wrote checks against unavailable funds.
“I wouldnt refer this bank to Anyone.”
All banks use the same math.
“what a coincidence that there are 88 other reports same as this one”
It’s not a coincidence that they all drew against unavailable funds.
As previously mentioned, the order transactions are processed is not relevant if the funds are available. Act responsible by getting control of your spending and bookkeeping habits.

Available balance was positive.

I had a positive available balance at the time of all transactions. It is simple, dont pay attention to Available balance, Because its not really available. Keep track of you own register. This is not my first bank, no other bank charges these excessive fees, posts the correct available balance.

somehow a positve balance turns negative, All Of A Sudden, before you know it -25 becomes -200 in the blink of an eye
- Somehow? Sorry but the ONLY way a positive balance would turn negative is if YOU spent money you didn't actually have available in YOUR account. By the way not sure where you went to school, but even a 4rd grader knows that -25 is NOT a positive number.
You see here is a simple fact. Regardless of how they post transactions, yes even if they decided to post transactions on the 1st Tuesday of the month but only when the Temperature is between 60 and 70 degrees. There is absolutly no way if you have not spent more than you had available that they can manipulate the balance for you to go negative.
I'm going to go out on a limb and say that you don't keep a written register and rely on "on-line" banking. Well guess what, that was never meant to be the sole or even primary method of managing your account. On-Line banking only knows what has been submited to the bank. Due to many factors outside of the control of the bank it could be anywhere from 1 day to several days for the bank to receive the debit. But if you write down your transactions as soon as you spend it you know exactly what you have spent and available.
Oh and here is a shocker for you, I can just about guarantee you that if you go into the branch they will tell you exactly the same thing. In fact they may even provide you with a register if you ask them. They may even give you other ways to avoid overdraft fees.
