First Convenience Bank Of Texas Plano rip-off artist at a bank! Plano Texas

This bank is absolutely awful and un-caring. I was glad to see by other complaints that others had the exact same problems as I. The banks names, yes, they have multiple names, are all over the internet with comments like mine. The are a master at depositing your money (even cash) and waiting until you bounce a check. Then they charge you fees. That is how they make there money. I had an un authorized charges totaling 1200.00 that they took out. When they were confronted, they put the money back into the account.

However, they later pulled out again. Not one phone call or letter saying that they did the research. So, they have ripped me off with NSF fees from that. Talk to the branch manager in the plano location inside the Walmart. She hates people. I wont name her, however, it's easy to figure out. She also will stand away from the teller window thus leaving you there to stand around and wait for them to help you.

They are heartless and non-caring. They are a private bank. If they went public, they would probably fold under these tricks that they pull. Look around the internet. There are tons of people like me. That is sad. To the branch manager in that branch I say, "You are a sorry excuse for a person and should be ashamed of yourself for what you do to people who have been with your bank a long time; even before you arrived there"
