I cancelled my account with FreedomPop well before the end of the "free trial".  They continued to bill me. Noticed now on my credit card after 2 months. $32 per month for a service I do not use.

Customer Service fixed the issue with no questions asked

I may have filed the original report too soon. After contacting customer service, they refunded the service fees, no questions asked. Very relieved, slightly embarassed, and from my experience FreedomPop was very customer friendly (except for their confusing website).
