Dear sir or madam
I Originally was charged $ 273.00 by a company named Freedompop for service or product which I never received, then it became $ 315.00.
After receiving an email from PayPal Credit I phoned them, they switched me to 5 different representatives and after almost 40 minutes of conversation with each and every one of them requesting proof of service offered to me by the abovementioned Firm, the fraud incident was never resolved but I told me told that the amount requested By PayPal Credit had already been assigned to a collection agency.
I have never authorized the payment
Id like to inform you that I have been abroad since the month of October and that I would appreciate an expeditious resolution
