From You Flowers RIP OFF Nationwide

I ordered flowers and was sent an email stating that they were delivered. My flowers were never delivered. I looked into it and was told that they were signed for, and was even given a specific name. Whe I told the thaat that was impossible, because the recipient was not even home, I was told that they were not delivered and this was all a computer glitch. I was issued an apology and promised that my flowers would be delivered the very next day, along with an apology letter to the recipient. The flowers were AGAIN never delivered. During this time, they never even offered to refund me! I had to open a case with Paypal to get my money back! Now the occasion has come and gone and they ruined my gift.
