gmac mortgage You have to love GMAC lost in the dark Internet, Internet

You have to love this , in 2004 gmac screwed up my escrow account and failed to pay the homeowners insurance on time . After screaming at them they sent me a check for the difference about $732.00 , i never cashed that check because we went to a court case that lasted 5yrs and was finally dismissed by the judge. Now five yrs later i cash tha now exspired check put the funds in a savings account and waited to se if they would catch it , NOPE they never did so i was $732.00 richer. 

 Fast forward to 2011 six months ago i was sent a letter from gmac stating that they sent me a check but it seems it was never cashed ?????, if this was so please fill out the form and a new one would be sent within 6 weeks  so i did .
Well 6 weeks went by and nothing happened so i called them , i was told they had no record of the paper work and could i fax them a copy, i did this the same day, i was assured that some one would call me in 24 hrs but hey guess what it didnt happen so i called again and was told the same thing, again i faxed it in , i then called them and the customer service said yes i have it and will prosess the check . Now its two days later and i get a check in the mail from the first letter?, i cashed it and went on. now its 1 week later and i get another check lol, from the second letter. Iam now $2100 pluss dollars richer, if i keep doing that i might get back the 10k it cost me to sue them. 

It is clear folks GMAC has the most screwed up accounting in this country nowonder they needed to be bailed out. I have lots of evidence about gmac if anyone needs some it might help you sue them and i would be glad to be a witness for you, i also have a recording of a shanon grissel stating that files were lost in 2004 when gmac transfered servicing accounts.  keep fighting them guys good luck.
