GMAC Mortgage has ripped us off so bad. They took over from MGC Mortgage and claim we were 3 months behind in our payments. After continuous arguing and me faxing the "Payment Research Dept." 3 seperate faxes to try to prove that we had paid and our checks cleared, we still couldn't get any help. They then turned us over to their attorneys and were supposed to auction our home 04/23/09. They have returned our payments for Jan., Feb. and March 2009. We've had to pay for an attorney to step in and stop their foreclosure, but we're hoping based on enough information where others have had the same problem to start a class action lawsuit. My current attorney won't handle this and says we can't make GMAC reimburse us our attorney fees, as their opinion is that it was our choice to hire an attorney. We had to or we would have lost our home.

Please fax your info NOW & story to DATELINE NBC Story Editor's desk about GMAC & any of their believed to be mishandlings, misappropriations of funds, paperworks, or general negligence and/or incompetence, etc.! You have rights you are allowed to request your attorney's fees back with the written request being given to the courts if your attorney says NO get rid of him/her at once & get somebody that works for you NOT FOR THEMSELVES! There is enough GREED going on in this world without somebody else saying gimme & none for you! Baloney! This is asking the courts to do what is right & just! GMAC shall not, can not, & will not get away with any wrong-doings (if any are commited) against you, for you must stand up & fight. Figure out away to leave your contact info very cleverly & we all will be at your beckoning, for you to survive!
